Tennessee Walking Horse Trainers Torture Horses

In Tennessee a trainer was found cheating by putting substances on their horses ankles. On a test that was randomly taken to 52 horses, 52/52 horses had foreign substances on their legs. I think what they did to those animals is horrible. All animals have feelings and they should not e treated like that. The people that this this and chose the wrong just for money. Even though they got the money, they had a guilty feeling in their heart. It would of have been better if they chose the right and not won.
